1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site and 16 to enroll without a guardian. Younger learners may enroll with written guardian consent in designated sessions.

2. Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon payment. We may cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met; you will receive a refund or credit.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice for future sessions.
• Discounts and credits cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Full refunds up to 7 days before a class begins.
• Within 7 days, we offer studio credit if your spot is filled from the waitlist.
• Missed sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

4. Studio Conduct and Safety

• Follow instructor guidance on tool use and studio etiquette.
• Use non-toxic materials where provided and clean your station after each session.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts learning or safety.

5. Intellectual Property

Course materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You retain rights to your artworks. Do not reproduce or redistribute our curriculum without written permission.

6. Website Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with security, or scrape content without permission.
• Respect others and do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide classes and site content “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an effective date.
